ProStryka is a personalized football training app. This page explains what we store about you and what control you have over that data.
What we store
- Your profile (name, age, position, level, goals, equipment, surface, space, and any injuries you tell us about). You provide this in onboarding.
- The sessions we generate for you, plus any swaps or regenerations you request.
- Sign-in metadata (your email, when you last signed in).
Where it lives
Profile and session data are stored in Supabase, scoped to your account via row-level security. Only you (and our backend on your behalf) can read your rows.
What this is not
ProStryka is not medical advice. The training sessions and coaching cues are educational. If you're returning from injury, consult a qualified physiotherapist or sports doctor.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from Settings. That removes your profile and all saved sessions. We don't retain backups beyond our standard infrastructure rotation.
